S Services & Capabilities
We offer comprehensive sheet metal fabrication services including laser cutting, CNC bending, welding (TIG, MIG, Spot), powder coating, assembly, and custom finishing. From prototype to production, we handle projects of all sizes.
Our standard lead time is 5-9 business days for prototypes and 10-20 business days for production runs. Rush services are available for urgent projects.
We follow ISO 9001:2015 quality management standards and provide comprehensive inspection reports with all shipments. Every part is checked against your drawings before shipment.
D Design & Files
We accept STEP, IGES, DXF, DWG, PDF, and native CAD formats. STEP files are preferred for 3D data, while DXF works well for 2D flat patterns. Upload what you have — our engineers can work with most formats.
To provide an accurate quote, we need a drawing or CAD file with material specification, quantities, surface finish requirements, and tolerance callouts. The more detail you provide, the more precise your quote will be.
Yes, we can reverse-engineer a part from your physical sample. Our team will measure and create CAD data that matches your original part within tight tolerances.
M Materials & Specifications
We work with a wide range of materials including Cold Rolled Steel (CRS), Stainless Steel (304, 316), Aluminum (5052, 6061), Copper, Brass, and Galvanized Steel. Most standard sheet metal gauges and thicknesses are available.
Yes. We hold standard tolerances of ±0.1mm to ±0.2mm for most features, with precision laser cutting down to ±0.05mm. Bending tolerances are typically ±0.5°. We'll confirm specific tolerance requirements before production.
We offer powder coating (wide range of RAL colors), liquid painting, sandblasting, and surface grinding. Custom color matching is available — just provide a PMS or RAL reference, or a physical sample.
We typically work with sheet metal from 0.5mm to 6mm for laser cutting, and up to 10mm for bending depending on material type. Maximum part size is approximately 8' x 4' for standard processing.
